Please only click PLACE ORDER once to avoid duplicate charges. Please review your order carefully. Once submitted, your order cannot be modified. Orders received after 12pm EST will be processed the following day & ship 2-3 days after that.
Please note that we do our very best to keep the web site items up to date, but there may be times when items are shown as “in stock” on the web, but they are “out of stock” in our warehouse. We will contact you if there is a problem.
The freight charge you see here is only an ESTIMATE. The actual UPS charge PLUS a small handling charge is what will be applied to your order. Orders over $300 will have insurance added. All regular in-stock items will ship within 2-3 days of the order being received by us, via UPS ground unless otherwise specified. Your credit card will not be charged until we invoice the order.
Orders for just our catalogs and/or color cards will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail (at a much lower cost than what is shown here).

RETURN POLICY:
Jagger Spun stands behind the quality of our products and will gladly refund payment for any yarn which is defective. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us at 207-324-4455 within 30 days and we will be happy to process your return or exchange. There will be a 10% re-stocking fee on orders returned within 30 days. After 30 days we will not accept any returns or exchanges. Orders over 100 lbs will be charged a 20% re-stocking fee. All fiber sales are FINAL. No returns.
