1956 The company moved to Springvale in 1956. Allan, Winston, and Robert Jagger, (Sam's sons) purchased a building that had formerly been used by Goodall-Sanford Mills as a weaving plant. |

| | Jagger Brothers is a worsted yarn producer located in Springvale, Maine (USA). The Jagger name has been synonymous with high quality worsted spun yarns since the 1880's when Uriah Jagger arrived from England and established a worsted spinning operation in the Mousam Valley of southern Maine. The traditions that he began have remained in the family and are continued today.
We manufacture Custom Spun Products in 250Kg to 5,000 Kg spinning lot orders to meet our customers specific yarn requirements. Jagger Brothers also offers a Stock Yarn Service through its Jagger Spun Division. Jagger Spun maintains five ranges of yarn with 35-60 shades in stock for each yarn type.
